Wayne Bailey:  35+ years of engineering experience in Defense, Sports Video, Law Enforcement Video, Software Usability Consultant, Football Dad, High School Football Booster Club Board Member, TASO/Dallas Football Officials Association (DFOA) Member & on-field Official.

Our mission at Metro Football is to provide innovative, reliable & affordable solutions that help coaches save time and energy so that they can better love & serve their families and their players!

The sport of football continues to play a critical role in the development of young men in our country. Our efforts are dedicated to all coaches who sacrifice daily to make a positive, life-long impact in the lives of student athletes across the United States!  We also want to thank those who serve or have served in the United States military and in our communities as our first responders. Thank you for the blessings of freedom, liberty, & safety in our country!

I want to say a profound THANK YOU to the football coaches who believed in, encouraged, challenged, and spent countless hours investing in me and my teammates.  You taught us life lessons and Biblical truths that have outlasted our playing days and served us so well every day since. Those foundational lessons are at the heart of everything we endeavor to do at Metro Football, and they inspire us to pursue excellence, honesty & integrity as we serve coaches and student athletes.

There is also a very select group of people who have served a critical role in the launch of Metro Football.  This group includes family, friends, ministry leaders, former co-workers, fellow officials, and coaches across several states.  Without each and every one of you, Metro Football would not exist!  THANK YOU for your support and for being a huge part of this adventure!
